Shipping policy

We offer several convenient ways to receive your order:

Local Pickup – Bryant Location

🕓 Hours: Monday–Saturday: 8AM–9PM | Sunday: 10AM–8PM

If you’re local, you can skip shipping and pick up your order in person! Simply select “Pickup in Bryant” at checkout. When you arrive, provide your name and let our team know you’re picking up for Charleigh & Co.

Please plan to pick up your items within a few days of purchase. We have limited storage space and appreciate your promptness!

Shipping

We currently ship anywhere within the United States. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Please note that Charleigh & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or lost packages after delivery confirmation.
