Preorder Shipping Policy

Please note: If you place one order containing multiple preorder items with different estimated arrival dates, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the last preorder item arrives.

Want your items as soon as they’re available? Please place separate orders for preorder items with different ETAs. This allows each order to ship as items become available.

Example: If your order includes one preorder estimated to arrive in September and another estimated to arrive in October, your entire order will ship in October.

By placing an order with multiple preorder items, you acknowledge and agree that your order will be held until the latest estimated shipping date.

Our pickup address is 6221 Hwy 5. N. Bryant AR 72022 Suite 2 at Serenity Vapes. Pickup anytime! We are open 8 AM- 9 PM every day and 10 AM - 8 PM on Sundays. Just tell who is working your name & you’re here to pickup an order for Charleigh & Co!

Absolutely! The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have to Serenity Vapes in Bryant so that we can exchange it for you. Item must be returned within 30 days of receiving it. The next option if you are not local is to return the item (follow our return policy) and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
